1. Business Hours

Our Head Office is open from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Saturday (UK time). Sunday Closed

2. How to Order

You may place your order by the INTERNET (secure), Phone and e-mail. Orders can be accepted in-store at our showroom.

We are suppliers of mainly non-standard items, which means by their very definition the parts may not be a straightforward do-it-yourself fit. In some cases, modifications or adaptations may be required to achieve an acceptable fit. We, therefore, advise that parts supplied by ourselves are fitted by qualified and reputable people.

Orders placed via our online shop are submitted as offers to purchase and will not be accepted by ourselves until confirmed by us in the form of an invoice.

The confirmation email is purely an acknowledgement that you have submitted an order and allows you to check that you have entered all the information correctly.

We may refuse to accept an order where:
*goods are out of stock or no longer available
*we cannot get authorisation for payment
*there is a product or pricing error in the description of goods.
If any of the above is applicable we will contact you to explain the position.

3. How we Despatch

Most orders will be despatched by a reputable shipping company. We offer excellent delivery times including 24-hour, 48 hours and next-day timed deliveries. Local deliveries will be despatched by our own delivery service. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. LK Performance and Styling Centre shall be under no liability for any costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of goods under circumstances beyond our control

Delivery times are working days excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Saturday deliveries incur extra charges and are usually not guaranteed.

4. Method of Payment

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards. Payment can also be made by personal Cheque, Bank Draft, Bank Transfer or Postal Order. Payment by personal cheque will require a cheque guarantee number and expiry date otherwise they will be held for up to 10 working days awaiting clearance through the normal banking procedure. Please make payable to LK Performance Ltd.

We will not dispatch goods or put goods on backorder until payment is received in full.

Sometimes backorders are placed in good faith but sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control manufacturers or importers may be out of stock whereby a full refund will be offered.

5. Prices and VAT

All advertised prices include the current UK rate of VAT. All prices are subject to change without prior notice, however, if due to circumstances beyond our control prices are incorrect we will notify you before dispatch.

6. Back Orders

Should an item be temporarily out of stock and not available for despatch within 5 to 7 days, you will be notified as soon as possible. Special Orders will be confirmed with an expected delivery date.

7. Warranties

All parts are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees. Goods returned under warranty must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and will be dealt with accordingly. Where necessary goods will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and report.

LK Performance Ltd can assume no responsibility for misuse or incorrect application by the user. LK Performance and Styling will not accept responsibility for carriage costs incurred in returning goods or for any fitting costs involved in warranty items.

Where goods are returned to us they should be accompanied by the sender's invoice name and address and a valid authorisation number. Where goods are alleged to be defective the purchaser agrees to return such goods for inspection and report (without us replacing the said goods prior to such inspection) The purchaser also accepts that it is reasonable to inform us of any problems before contacting independent third parties and incurring extra costs. This allows us to remedy the defect failure or interruption as third parties are often biased.

Please Note: Alloy Wheels in polished or chrome finish are not covered by a warranty. This is due to the climate in the UK and the salts that are used on the roads.

8. Images and Limitations upon Liability

Some images shown on the site may not be images for your specific vehicle, but more generic images for illustration purposes only. Parts cannot be returned because the image not matching.

We aim to ensure that all information on our website is correct however we can not be responsible for the use of the information given.

Advice given by LK Performance staff is based entirely upon information given by the purchaser with no inspection undertaken.

All advice given is indicative only and in some cases shall amount to an opinion only.

9. Typographical Errors

In the event of an incorrect price listed on lkperformance.co.uk due to a typographical error, lkperformance.co.uk shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price at any time.

10. Discontinued Products

Because many catalogues are changing all the time, we may have overlooked a product that may be discontinued. If you order a product and it has been discontinued or not available we will inform you as soon as we can. You will be refunded or offered an alternative for any discontinued or unavailable item. Subsequently, they will be removed from the website.

11. Returns & Cancellations

All returns must be authorised by LK Performance. This process will be referred to as the Return Merchandise Authorisation or RMA process.

You have the right to cancel or exchange your order up to 14 days after the day of delivery. For any non-faulty goods returned outside of the 14-day period without notice during the period, we reserve the right to refuse.

It is your responsibility to return the goods to us, at your expense, unused and in the same condition that you received them in.

Faulty Items: If your item arrives faulty and needs a refund, we'll thoroughly inspect it in our warehouse to confirm the damage. Once confirmed, you'll be notified whether your refund request has been accepted or not. We'll then let you know your refund details have been sent to the accounts department for processing.

Incorrect Items Received: If you received the wrong item(s), a similar process will follow. Upon confirming the error, we’ll carry out a warehouse inspection to ensure the returned item(s) are in a saleable condition, let you know your refund request has been accepted and sent to the accounts department.

Change of Mind: Generally, returns for change of mind are not accepted, except for online purchases under the Distance Selling Regulations. In rare cases, a manager may authorise a change-of-mind return at their discretion. If accepted, the warehouse will inspect the returned item(s) for resale, and the refund process will follow the steps mentioned above.

Please allow 5-7 working days for your refund to appear in your account after we've processed it.

You will receive the refund using the same payment method you used to pay for the goods. For higher-priced exchanges, your consent for additional payment will be required, while lower-priced exchanges will result in a refund difference.

Delivery Signature: All LK Performance orders require courier delivery and signature upon receipt. Please inspect the goods for damage and completeness before signing. Acceptance by signature indicates all items are in order and undamaged.

Manufacturer Warranty and Restrictions: All goods are sold subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Specially ordered goods, referred to as Special Order on your invoice, are not returnable or refundable, and cancellations may incur a handling charge. Ownership of goods transfers upon full payment.

Fitting Charges and Modifications: LK Performance is not responsible for any fitting charges incurred by the purchaser. It is your responsibility to ensure the parts' compatibility before fitting. Returns or liability are not accepted for attempted modifications or installations of unsuitable or incorrectly supplied parts.

Vehicle Modifications and Returns: Orders requiring exchange or refund where a modified vehicle affects product fitment will be subject to a handling charge and potential restocking fee, and notification within 24 hours of order placement is crucial.

Order Cancellations: Cancellations may incur a handling or restocking fee.

Statutory Rights: These provisions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

12. Wheels and Tyres

Returns and Refunds:  Tyres returned un-driven will receive credit after deducting freight, dismantling, cleaning, and a 30% handling charge. Once fitted, wheels and tyres cannot be returned. Unclaimed wheels and tyres left at LK Performance will be disposed of after 7 days. Polished and chrome wheels are not guaranteed due to UK road and weather conditions. While we tighten nuts and bolts to the recommended torque, they may need re-tightening after 20 miles. It is your responsibility to have a backup set of wheels available as per manufacturer directives. Pressure washers and abrasive cleaners are prohibited for wheel cleaning, and driving on run flat tyres voids all warranties. Manufacturer warranties apply, and resolving claims may take up to 12 weeks or longer.

Delivery: We aim to deliver within 3 working days from dispatch, subject to stock availability or prior notification of delays. We do not cover return costs unless items were delivered damaged and immediately reported.

13.  Faulty Goods: All goods are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

14.  Damaged Merchandise: All goods are inspected before shipment. Claims for damaged goods must be made and signed for immediately, or they will be void.

 

15.  Offers and Promotions: Offers are valid at the time of publication. Only one code/offer per customer per order applies. Offers are subject to stock availability and may not be substituted for cash alternatives. 0% finance is unavailable on promotional items or offers. We reserve the right to withdraw any offer at any time.

LK Performance reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice, at any time.
